Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Crushing Digital collects when you visit crushing.digital or join the community, why we collect it, and your rights over it. We keep it short and only collect what we need to run the membership.

Who we are

Crushing Digital Ltd is the data controller for your personal data. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11525460), registered office 9 Kingsley Road, Stafford, ST17 9BZ, United Kingdom.

Questions or requests about your data: david@crushing.digital.

What we collect

  • When you join: your name and email address, entered in the sign-up form.
  • Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe on its secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us your name, email, billing country, the last four digits of your card and your subscription status.
  • Membership records: when you joined, your plan and its status (active, past due or cancelled).
  • Previous customers: if you were a member of our earlier courses or programmes, we hold the name, email, join date and plan history from that membership.
  • What you share in the community: messages in our Slack workspace, and any CV, LinkedIn, GitHub or portfolio you choose to share for review on a live call.
  • Basic technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

Live calls and recordings

Live sessions are recorded and the replays are shared with members only. If you take part in a mock interview or put your CV or profiles forward for a roast, you will appear in that replay. Tell us before or during the session if you would rather stay anonymous, and we will blur or remove your details from the replay on request.

We use a small number of trusted services to run the membership. Each only receives what it needs:
