Terms of Membership
These terms apply when you join the Crushing Digital community. They are written to be read, so please do. By completing checkout you agree to them.
1. Who we are
The membership is provided by Crushing Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11525460), registered office 9 Kingsley Road, Stafford, ST17 9BZ, United Kingdom. Contact: david@crushing.digital.
2. What the membership includes
- Live group calls, currently three a week (coaching, interview practice and profile roasts).
- Replays of live calls.
- Access to the private Slack community.
We may change the schedule, format or topics of sessions from time to time. We will give members notice of any significant change. If a change means the membership is no longer right for you, you can cancel at any time.
3. Price and payment
- The membership costs US$99 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- Your card provider may charge a currency conversion fee if your card is not in US dollars.
- If we ever change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
- If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it. Access may be paused if payment cannot be taken.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the Manage membership link in the site footer, with no need to contact us. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Your 14-day cooling-off right
If you are a consumer in the UK, you normally have 14 days from joining to cancel and get a refund. Because the membership gives you access straight away, by joining you ask us to start immediately. If you cancel within the first 14 days, email david@crushing.digital and we will refund your first payment, minus a proportionate amount for the days you have already had access.
Outside the 14-day period, we do not give refunds for part-months, but you can always cancel so you are not charged again.
5. No guarantee of results
We share our experience, strategy and feedback to help you get hired, promoted and paid well. Results depend on many things outside our control, including your effort, the job market and employers' decisions. We do not guarantee that you will get a job, an interview, a promotion or any particular salary. Results described on this site come from real members and are not typical of every member.
Our sessions are career coaching. They are not legal, financial or immigration advice.
6. Community rules
- Be respectful and constructive. No harassment, discrimination or personal attacks.
- Keep other members' CVs, stories and anything shared in calls or Slack confidential.
- No spam, recruitment pitches or selling without permission.
- Your membership is for you only. Do not share call links, replays or your Slack access.
If someone breaks these rules, we may suspend or end their membership. If we end it for a serious or repeated breach, we will not refund the current month. If we end it for any other reason, we will refund the unused part.
7. Recordings and content
Live calls are recorded and shared with members as replays. The calls, replays, templates and other materials are ours; you may use them for your own career but not resell, publish or share them. Anything you post or share remains yours, and you give us permission to show it within the membership (for example in a replay). See the Privacy Policy for how to stay anonymous in replays.
8. Our responsibility to you
We will provide the membership with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost earnings or job opportunities. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell members about important changes at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims in your local courts.
